Supervision

All children must be supervised at all times by a spectator, guardian, or responsible adult aged 18 or over. Event organisers and volunteers are present to assist but are not responsible for supervising individual children.

Use of Inflatable Equipment

Children using the bouncy castles and inflatable equipment do so at their own risk. All users must follow the safety rules displayed and any instructions given by staff or volunteers.

For safety reasons:

  • No flips, somersaults, or rough play are permitted.
  • Shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges, or sharp objects must be removed before using inflatables.
  • Food, drink, sweets, and chewing gum are not permitted on the equipment.
  • Children must only use inflatables appropriate for their age and size where specified.
  • Users must wait their turn and avoid overcrowding equipment.

Anyone failing to follow safety instructions may be asked to leave the activity area.

Health & Safety

This event operates in accordance with general UK health and safety guidance. The organisers aim to provide a safe environment; however, accidents can occur.

Spectators/guardians must ensure:

  • Children are physically able to participate.
  • Any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs that could affect safe participation are considered before use.
  • Appropriate behaviour is maintained while using the equipment.

A basic first aid provision will be available on site where possible. Any accidents or incidents should be reported immediately to an event organiser or volunteer.

Personal Property

The event organisers and venue cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organisers, volunteers, and venue accept no liability for injury, accidents, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities or attendance at the event, except where caused by negligence.
